All orders ship from New Orleans, Louisiana. Fragrance products are shipped ground only per DOT hazmat regulations.

Returns
Full-size bottles: Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened bottles within 14 days if less than 20% used, minus $40 restocking fee.
Discovery Sets: Non-returnable once opened. Unopened sets may be returned within 30 days.
Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with photographs. We replace at no cost.
